This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and returns related to Appealingquality event decoration services.
Service Cancellation Policy
Since our services involve custom design, setup, and coordination, cancellation terms are designed to protect both parties. The following cancellation policy applies:

Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability:
- Rescheduling requests made more than 14 days before the original event date are free of charge, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests made 7-14 days before the event may incur a rescheduling fee of $50.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the event may not be possible and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- You may reschedule your event once without additional fees (when requested with sufficient notice).
Refund Processing
If you are eligible for a refund:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Processing time is typically 7-14 business days after approval.
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
- If you paid by check or cash, refunds may take longer to process.
Service Quality Issues
If you experience issues with our service delivery:
- Please contact us immediately at the time of service or within 24 hours of your event.
- We will work with you to resolve any legitimate service quality issues.
- Resolution may include partial refunds, service corrections, or future service credits, depending on the circumstances.
- All claims must be substantiated with documentation (photos, descriptions, etc.).
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Custom design consultation fees (if service has been provided)
- Rush order fees
- Travel fees for events outside our standard service area
- Any services that have already been performed or materials that have been custom-ordered
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule your event. Refunds may be provided on a case-by-case basis if rescheduling is not possible.
Rental Items
For rental items (props, furniture, equipment):
- Rental items must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Damage or loss of rental items will result in replacement or repair charges.
- Late returns may incur additional rental fees.
- Rental deposits are refundable upon return of items in good condition.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation:
- Contact us via email or phone as soon as possible.
- Provide your booking reference number and event date.
- Explain the reason for cancellation or refund request.
- We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may:
- Request a review by our management team
- Provide additional documentation to support your claim
- We are committed to fair resolution and will work with you to find a satisfactory outcome
