Appealingquality provides event decoration services, including but not limited to photo zone design, balloon installations, neon signs, floral arrangements, and complete event styling. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, date, and specific requirements.

Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Appealingquality.
• Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or invoice.
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking date.
• Final payment is typically due before or on the day of the event, as specified in your agreement.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed price.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your event:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date may be eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee.
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event date may be eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are not eligible for a refund.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation approval.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your event requirements
• Ensure access to the venue at agreed-upon times for setup and breakdown
• Obtain any necessary permits or permissions required for the event
• Comply with venue rules and regulations
• Make timely payments as specified in your service agreement

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Appealingquality or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Appealingquality shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
